Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation is free of charge (transaction fees 1.8%–3.5% deducted) 10 days prior to arrival. After: 50% of room rate. From check-in day: non-refundable.
  2. Credit card charged after booking to verify balance.
  3. This policy prevents no-shows and fraud.

Payments

  1. We accept: Amex, UnionPay, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa.
  2. Alternative payments (PayPal, Revolut, Bank transfer): contact us directly.

Parking

No parking at our locations. We suggest Empark underground parking nearby — from €7/24h with reservation.

Regulations

  1. Daily rental. Check-in: 16:00, check-out: 11:00.
  2. Extended stays: inform by 10 PM on last declared day.
  3. No refund for unused nights if guest leaves early.
  4. Not responsible for lost money, documents, or valuables.
  5. No breakfast, meals, or laundry service.
  6. No smoking — €500 fine for violation.
  7. Quiet hours: 22:30–08:30.
  8. Guest responsible for damage to room equipment.
  9. Noisy/rude behavior not tolerated. Unpleasant smells: €100 charge.
  10. Turn off lights, A/C, water, lock doors when leaving.
